Català: El Conreu i Consum de Varietats Locals de Fruita és un element inclòs a l'inventari del patrimoni cultural immaterial del Parc Natural del Cadí-Moixeró, inventari realitzat per Institut del Patrimoni Cultural Inmaterial (IPACIM).
El conreu de varietats de fruita destinades al consum alimentari, és una pràctica que es remunta a diverses generacions. Implica uns coneixements diversos sobre agricultura, meteorologia, propietats culinàries, etc., que s'han anat transmetent fins avui i que contribueixen a la identitat de la població que hi està vinculada. Aquestes varietats, que de vegades coincideixen amb varietats d'altres zones, poden rebre noms molt locals, relacionats amb l'aspecte dels fruits, amb la casa on es coneixien, amb el nom del seu propietari, etc. No es coneix amb exactitud en quin moment es van formar o van arribar a la zona les diverses varietats que coneixem avui dia, però sí sabem que s'han transmès des de fa diverses generacions. Antigament eren molt més conegudes per un major nombre de persones, però el progressiu abandó de l'activitat agrícola i el despoblament rural han afectat negativament aquest coneixement en les darreres dècades. Al mateix temps, la intensificació de l'economia de mercat ha promogut un consum de varietats estàndard de fruita, sovint procedent de zones llunyanes, en detriment de les varietats locals.
English: The Cultivation and Consumption of Local Fruit Varieties is an element included in the inventory of the intangible cultural heritage of the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, an inventory carried out by the Intangible Cultural Heritage Institute (IPACIM).
The cultivation of fruit varieties intended for food consumption is a practice that goes back several generations. It involves diverse knowledge about agricultura, meteorologia, culinary properties, etc., which they have been transmitted until today and contribute to the identity of the population that is linked to them. These varieties, which sometimes coincide with varieties from other areas, can receive very local names, related to the appearance of the fruits, to the house where they were known, to the name of their owner, etc. It is not known exactly when the various varieties that we know today were formed or arrived in the area, but we do know that they have been passed down for several generations. In the past they were much better known by a greater number of people, but the progressive abandonment of agricultural activity and rural depopulation have negatively affected this knowledge in recent decades. At the same time, the intensification of the market economy has promoted the consumption of standard varieties of fruit, often from distant areas, to the detriment of local varieties.

El cultivo de variedades de fruta destinadas al consumo alimenticio, es una práctica que se remonta a varias generaciones. Implica unos conocimientos diversos sobre agricultura, meteorología, propiedades culinarias, etc., que se han ido transmitiendo hasta la fecha y que contribuyen a la identidad de la población vinculada a ella. Estas variedades, que en ocasiones coinciden con variedades de otras zonas, pueden recibir nombres muy locales, relacionados con el aspecto de los frutos, con la casa donde se conocían, con el nombre de su propietario, etc. No se conoce con exactitud en qué momento se formaron o llegaron a la zona las diversas variedades que conocemos hoy en día, pero sí sabemos que se han transmitido desde hace varias generaciones. Antiguamente eran mucho más conocidas por un mayor número de personas, pero el progresivo abandono de la actividad agrícola y el despoblamiento rural han afectado negativamente a este conocimiento en las últimas décadas. Al mismo tiempo, la intensificación de la economía de mercado ha promovido un consumo de variedades estándar de fruta, a menudo procedente de zonas lejanas, en detrimento de las variedades locales. |
