Description
English: Two brass nails (copper-rich) have produced very small amounts of copper were leached by rain on this tombstone. Several centuries after the installation of these nails, copper molecules - where they were made by water - killed all bacteria, mosses and lichens on the tombstone
Français : Deux clous de laiton (riche en cuivre) ont produit de très faibles quantités de cuivre qui ont été lessivées par la pluie. Plusieurs siècles après la pose de ces clous, les molécules de cuivre - là où elles ont été apportées par l'eau - ont tué toutes les bactéries, mousses et lichens sur la pierre tombale
