Description
Italiano: Coppia ferrarese con i nomi in dialetto delle singole parti in cui viene frazionata per il consumo.

1. Ciopa o ciupeta (confidenziale). In it., coppia. A seconda delle dimensioni da 80 a 250 gr, in base al disciplinare.

2. Panett. Al panett (sing.), un panet (sing.), “du panitt” (pl.), fanno una coppia. In it. panetto, mezza coppia.

3. Mezz-panett. In it., mezzo panetto, un quarto di coppia.

4. Grustin. In it., crostino.

5. Mulinott. In it., mollicotto (quasi intraducibile). Pezzo di pane che ha crosta e mollica.

6. Mulena. In it., mollica. La parte interna, molle, del pane.

7. Brisula. (o brisla). In it., briciola.

Questi nomi dialettali delle varie parti, frutto del frazionamento della coppia, possono variare sensibilmente a seconda delle zone del ferrarese dove si parla il dialetto. I nomi indicati sono riscontrabili frequentemente nella zona sud-ovest della Provincia di Ferrara.
