Français : Église Saint-Genis, Crachier, Isère. Dalle commémorative. L’inscription dit : « Ici reposent les restes vénérés du Pasteur Villon, né à Meyrieux et décédé à Crachier à l’âge de 56 ans le 5 mars 1863. / Pendant 30 ans il exerça le Saint Ministère / de ses soins soulagea la misère / et comme un père tendre et généreux / il emporte nos regrets dans les cieux. / Prions pour lui ». La dalle est signée : « Bagutti, Vienne ».
English: Saint-Genis Church, Crachier, Isère. Commemorative slab. The inscription says: "Here rest the venerated remains of Pasteur Villon, born in Meyrieux and died in Crachier at the age of 56 on March 5, 1863. / For 30 years he exercised the Holy Ministry / his care relieved misery / and as a tender and generous father / he carries our regrets to heaven. / Pray for him ». The slab is signed: "Bagutti, Vienna".
