Description
English: The chalked message on the front of the train honours Graeme Kingdon, a Bendigo local who was a train driver for a staggering 47 years, who unfortunately passed away in February 2024. On Easter Sunday, Steamrail Victoria operated a Bendigo Easter Festival train to R711's namesake city of Bendigo. The 11 car train featured two diesels to assist with power where necessary, including the recently repainted T364, and the recently reactivated S301 on her first outing in around fourteen years.
