Description
Српски / srpski: Црква Светог арханђела Гаврила у Аранђеловцу подигнута је 1862. године. За време своје друге владавине, српски кнез Милош Обреновић одлучио је да сагради цркву и посвети је Светом архангелу Гаврилу, по чијем имену варошица Врбица добија ново име 1859. године - Аранђеловац. Избор овог свеца за патрона цркве протумачен је као кајање због убиства Карађорђа, које се догодило на дан прослављања Сабора Светог архангела Гаврила. Камен за изградњу цркве Светог арханђела Гаврила донет је са оближњег брда Кљештевице. Радови су почели 1860. године. Након смрти кнеза Милоша, бригу око изградње цркве преузима његов син, кнез Михаило. Црква Светог арханђела Гаврила представља једнобродну грађевину са 3 апсиде и звоником на западној страни. Сазидана је опеком и обложена правоугаоним каменим блоковима. У цркви се налази вредан иконостас у класицистичком стилу, који је дело сликара Николе Марковића.
