Français : La Croix du Sacrifice est située à l'angle de la Grande Allée Est et de l'avenue Georges-VI, à Québec.
« La Croix du Sacrifice fut dévoilée le 1er juillet 1924 par le gouverneur-général du Canada, Lord Bing de Vimy. En novembre 1947, il y eut une nouvelle cérémonie de dédicace et de bénédiction, présidée par le lieutenant-gouverneur de la province de Québec, Sir Eugène Fiset. L'inscription se lit : « à nos morts glorieux ; 1914-1918, 1939-1945, 1950-1953 ; to our glorious dead ; Je me souviens » » – cdli.ca |
