Summary
[edit]DescriptionCromemco 8-inch Floppy Disk.jpg |
English: Cromemco 8-inch Floppy Disk from 1981 containing Trace System Simulator software (model TSS-L). The Cromemco Trace System Simulator, introduced in 1978, was a software debugging tool designed to facilitate the writing of Z-80 microprocessor assembly language programs for Z-80 based microcomputers. The Cromemco Trace System Simulator enabled the virtual execution of Z-80 code to assist the code developer with debugging and code optimization. It was the first such debugging tool for microprocessors. It was offered by Cromemco either on either an 8-inch floppy disk (model TSS-L) or a 5-inch floppy disk (model TSS-S). |
