Bahasa Indonesia: Cucur Banjar adalah variasi cucur yang berasal dari daerah Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia. Cucur Banjar biasanya terbuat dari adonan tepung beras yang dicampur dengan gula dan santan kelapa. Adonan ini kemudian digoreng hingga berwarna kecokelatan dan berubah menjadi makanan yang renyah di luar dan lembut di dalam. Biasanya, cucur Banjar diberi rasa dengan aroma pandan atau vanila untuk memberikan sentuhan khas.
English: Cucur Banjar is a variation of cucur originating from Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Cucur Banjar is usually made from rice flour dough mixed with sugar and coconut milk. The batter is then fried until browned and turns into a crispy outside and soft inside. Usually, cucur Banjar is flavored with pandan or vanilla aroma to give it a distinctive touch.
