| Description |
English: c/n N-839. Real US military No. 44-21895. This Cadet has previously been reported as being PQ-14A and US Navy Bureau No 79573, but that serial was allocated to a F6F-5 Hellcat so must be incorrect. Built as a target drone for live gunnery practice, some 2,043 were produced of which about 15 still survive. It is now on display at Planes of Fame Air Museum, Chino, California, USA. 20th September 2019 |
