| Description | H728DDL is a Leyland bodied Leyland Olympian which was new to Solent Blue Line. There was a moment of bright sunshine when the bus passed Kirkby Stephen station on the empty run from Brough back to the depot in Ravenstondale, this was the best shot I could manage in the bitterly cold where there was nowhere sensible to stand without a dry stone wall getting in the way! The bus has just worked the 571 Kendal to Brough but the screen is already set for the following day when it will work the Tuesdays Only 574 Kirkby Stephen to Penrith. |
