Español: Cartel para el Día de la Longaniza, 2023. La longaniza de Graus es un embutido tradicional de la villa de Graus, norte de España. Se prepara una longaniza de medio kilómetro de largo y 1100 kg y se asa en una parrilla tan grande, que es necesaria una grúa para levantarla. Luego la longaniza se reparte entre el público, acompañado de música y vino.
English: Longaniza Day, 2023. The Graus longaniza is a traditional sausage from the town of Graus, northern Spain. A sausage half a kilometer long and weighing 1,100 kg is prepared and roasted on a grill so large that a crane is needed to lift it. Then the sausage is distributed among the public, accompanied by music and wine.
Français : Jour de la Longaniza, 2023. La longaniza de Graus est une saucisse traditionnelle de la ville de Graus, dans le nord de l'Espagne. Une saucisse longue d'un demi-kilomètre et pesant 1 100 kg est préparée et rôtie sur un gril si grand qu'une grue est nécessaire pour la soulever. Ensuite, la saucisse est distribuée au public, accompagnée de musique et de vin.
