Description
Deutsch: Wappen der Gemeinde Wilnsdorf: Der Gemeinde Wilnsdorf ist mit Urkunde des Regierungspräsidenten in Arnsberg vom 2. Juli 1970 das Recht zur Führung eines Wappens verliehen worden.
„Der Schild des Wappens ist von Silber und Schwarz viermal gespalten und einmal geteilt; das Schildhaupt zeigt in Blau den goldenen, hervorbrechenden, von sieben goldenen Schindeln begleiteten nassauischen Löwen.“
Die zum 1. Januar 1969 aus 11 Gemeinden neugebildete Gemeinde Wilnsdorf übernimmt damit als Rechtsnachfolgerin das Wappen, das dem Amt Wilnsdorf am 17. August 1937 verliehen wurde.[1]
