Clayton Hall is situated on Ashton New Road in Clayton, Manchester. The original building is 15th Century with 16th and 17th Century modifications and an 18th Century addition. It is the only hall remaining in the city of Manchester with an intact moat. It is owned by the City of Manchester and administered by local volunteers.
