English: Deubiquitination protein. The human genome encodes nearly 100 deubiquitinating enzymes, making them the largest family of enzymes in the ubiquitin system. Deubiquitination protein - the large group of enzymes that are responsible for the removal of ubiquitin from proteins. The functioning of deubiquitination enzymes: А - ubiquitination proteins (protein degradation goes on in proteasome system), В, D - deubiquitination with complete removal of the protein ubiquitin, the protein returns to normal functioning, С,Е -deubiquitination protein with partial removal of ubiquitin, resulting protein can change the location of a cell or degrade in proteasome. |
