Historia siedziby dworskiej w Dańczypolu sięga wieku XVIII. Park dworski (a raczej jego pozostałości) w obecnej formie założony został zapewne w XIX stuleciu. Na pocz. XX wieku ówczesny właściciel majątku - Kazimierz Dębowski unowocześnił znacznie folwark, wystawił wiele nowych budynków gospodarczych oraz pobudował nowy dwór. Mieszkanie dziedziców zostało rozebrane po zakończeniu II wojny światowej, zaś na jego miejscu wybudowano leśniczówkę.
