Summary[edit]

Description

PLEASE, NO invitations or self promotions, THEY WILL BE DELETED. My photos are FREE to use, just give me credit and it would be nice if you let me know, thanks.

I just couldn't resist taking this broken down phone. Hope I have my iPhone with me in an emergency.

They should take it down or replace it.............. If replaced it would probably be destroyed again but it is unsightly. There is a minimum cost to remove this mess, small things make a difference.

It is below the Memorial Tower that was restored between 2010 and 2013. The total cost was approximately $2.3 million.

I have sent this is a city councillor and I will wait and see...

Received a answer and it was really appreciated:

I will log this with our municipal operations to get it removed.

Dennis I appreciate your letting me know about this issue and the accompanying photograph is greatly appreciated. Sir Sandford Fleming Park (Dingle) is HRM’s largest owned park of 103 acres. It is a beautiful, historic park and this certainly is not appropriate in the park. I have had a 311 request for removal and cc’d our Manager, Parks so he is aware of this issue.
