Deutsch: Die Aufnahme entstand auf dem Bahnhof der Harzer Schmalspurbahnen GmbH (HSB) in Wernigerode. Die Schmalspur-Dampflokomotive 997243-1 hat ihren Zug verlassen und fährt nun nach dem Umstellen der Weiche auf das Nachbargleis, um an ihrem Zug vorbeizufahren und anschließend am anderen Ende des Zuges anzukoppeln. Der VEB Lokomotivbau Karl Marx Babelsberg (LKM) in Potsdam-Babelsberg baute zwischen 1950 und 1960 diese Schmalspur-Dampflokomotive für die Eisenbahnstrecken Eisfeld–Schönbrunn, Gera-Pforten–Wuitz-Mumsdorf, Harzquerbahn und Brockenbahn. Diese Schmalspur-Dampflokomotive trug zunächst die Nummer 99243 und wurde Anfang der 70er Jahre in 997243-1 umbenannt. Sie gehört heute als "Neubaudampflok" der Harzer Schmalspurbahnen GmbH (HSB) in Wernigerode und bedient die Harzquerbahn, die Brockenbahn und die Selketalbahn. Informationen finden sich hier.
English: The narrow-gauge steam locomotive 997243-1 is ranked at the station of the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways in Wernigerode in the district of Harz, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. The VEB Locomotivbau Karl Marx Babelsberg (LKM) in Babelsberg near Potsdam built between 1950 and 1960 this narrow-gauge steam locomotive for the railways Eisfeld–Schönbrunn, Gera-Pforten-Wuitz-Mumsdorf, Trans-Harz Railway and Brocken Railway. This narrow-gauge steam locomotive wore the first number 99243 and was renamed 997243-1 in the early 70s. Today it belongs to the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways in Wernigerode and serves the Trans-Harz Railway, the Brocken Railway and the Selke Valley Railway. |
