Description Welsches Häusle: Das Welsche Häusle erinnert an die aus dem französischen (welschen) Savoyen wegen ihres evanglischen Glaubens vertriebenen Waldenser, die 1700 Bourcet (heute Neuhengstett) gründeten. Auf ihren Wegen zwischen Wohnung und Arbeitstätte in Calw nutzten die Neuhengstetter die Hütte als Schutz bei schlechtem Wetter und zur Rast. Das Alter der Schutzhütte ist nicht bekannt; sie wurde 1835 als Schützenhaus erstmals erwähnt. Die Lindenbäume um die Hütte wurden 1949 zum Naturdenkmal erhoben.
