Summary[edit]

Description
English: The fortified city of Daulatabad was briefly the capital if the "Delhi Sultanate" under Muhammed-bin-Tughlak. The outer city walls and the "Chand Minar", a victory tower, can be seen here. The hill on the right, the inner fort, is a natural fortress built by Hindu Kings about 1,000 years back, that was orginally called Deogarh.
