And no, it was not mine, but I had permission from its owner :) This Ipod had a horrible death, first falling through the wheels of a moving bike, then agonizing for the next 3 meters while it was beeing applied the bikes' tires, braking.

After the incident, the music still played, but it was impossible to get the Ipod recognized under Mac or Linux. It could not be recharged or accessed as a USB device. Ah, and the right switch wasn't working anymore.
