Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The pedestrian signal facing the westbound crosswalk at the northwest corner of Archer Avenue and Union Hall Street has obviously gone haywire. The white little man says "Go," but there's a simultaneous red time clock telling pedestrians that they have 88 seconds to cross the street before the light turns red. Actually, this is probably something that I should've reported to the New York City Department of Transportation.
