English: Built in the mid-20th Century, this Modern office building features a red rusticated roman brick exterior, stone trim, a low-slope roof with a cantilever over the front facade, a trapezoid-shaped storefront on the front facade of the first floor, an uncovered concrete front terrace, a lower roof at the south end of the building connected to the main roof of the first floor with four small vertical metal cylinders, which shelters a lower porte-cochere over a driveway to a rear parking lot, and a smaller second story that features a long ribbon window bay with brick panels flanking a small central window between two wider outer window bays. The building is one of the finest examples of modernist commercial infill on Delaware Avenue, built as the street commercialized in the 20th Century.
