Description
Svenska: Ett sista förtvivlat försök att övertyga regeringen och socialdemokraterna om fordonsskattens olämplighet gjordes av Biljournalens chefredaktör Birger Hallgren och andre redaktör Rolf Hildebrand, som trasslade sig in i riksdagsrestaurangen och överlämnade ett specialnummer mot bilskatten av journalen till regering och riksdagsledamöter minuterna innan debatten skulle börja. Statsrådet Sköld fick också ett exemplar, som han genast ganska flitigt började studera. Bilden visar redaktörerna på riksdagshusets trappa tillsammans med riksdagsvaktmästare Johansson, som sin plikt likmätigt vägrade släppa in gossarna.
