Italiano: Diaframma a iride costituito da una serie di lamelle metalliche apribili manualmente, montate su un telaio in mertallo e ottone a forma di anello Le due estremità sono filettate per l'avvitamento delle altre parti dell'obiettivo componibile Lateralmente è inserita una levetta scorrevole che permette di aprire e chiudere le lamelle.
Funzione

Regolazione della quantità di luce che passa attraverso un obiettivo di apparecchio fotografico.

Modalità d'uso
Questo diaframma, montato insieme alle altre parti di un obiettivo fotografico (lenti, otturatore) andava montato sull'apparecchio fotografico Regolando l'apertura delle lamelle con la levetta posta lateralmente, era possibile variare la quantità di luce che colpiva l'emulsione fotografica.
