Deutsch: Spiegelreflexkamera EXAKTA Varex VX, 1952, Kamera vergoldet (1997 nachvergoldet)

Gravur: 40 Jahre Ihagee 1912-1952 Format: 24x36 mm Meritar 2,9/50 IHAGEE Kamerawerk AG i.V. Dresden Lichtschachtsucher, vergoldet.

Diese goldene „Exakta Varex VX“ wurde im Mai 1952 dem Direktor der IHAGEE Kamerawerk AG Dresden, Max Rockstroh (1908-2001), von der Belegschaft zum Geschenk gemacht. Ein zweites Exemplar erhielt gleichzeitig Willy Teubner, der die Entwicklung der Kleinbild-Spiegelreflexkamera als Konstrukteur geleitet hatte. Anlass der fotografisch dokumentierten Zeremonie war der 40. Jahrestag der Gründung der Firma. Nach langen Jahren ist die goldene Exakta als Dauerleihgabe aus Privatbesitz an den Ort ihrer Entstehung, nach Dresden, zurückgekehrt.
