Description
Tiếng Việt: Trong kiểu OFDM truyền thẳng, những sóng mang được lọc ra riêng để đảm

bảo rằng không có chồng phổ, bởi vậy không có hiện tượng giao thoa kí hiệu ISI (Inter Symbol Interference) giữa những sóng mang những hiệu quả quang phổ chưa cao. ảnh hưởng giữa các symbol -ISI là do các tiếng vọng từ một symbol nhất định (gọi là vùng symbol N) sẽ ảnh hưởng đến symbol tiếp theo (gọi là symbol N+1). Công nghệ OFDM khắc phục vấn đề ISI bằng cách sử dụng khoảng thời gian bảo vệ (Guard Interval -GI period) tại đoạn bắt đầu của symbol. Khoảng thời gian bảo vệ chính là phần symbol bị ảnh huởng bởi ISI cũng khoảng dữ liệu tiếp theo khoảng
