Bijschrift in de bron: "The menu, on an embossed White Star Line card, measures about 16cm x 11cm. Photograph: Henry Aldridge & Son/PA..." Vertaling: Het menu, op een White Star Line-kaart met reliëf, meet ongeveer 16 x 11 cm. Foto: Henry Aldridge & Son/PA. Het menu beschrijft de maaltijd die werd geserveerd de dag nadat het schip Queenstown, Ierland, verliet op weg naar New York, en wordt verkocht door Henry Aldridge & Son uit Wiltshire, naast andere zeldzame Titanic-kavels, waaronder een deken met tartan. Het menu werd gevonden in een fotoalbum uit de jaren zestig dat ooit toebehoorde aan Len Stephenson, een sociaalhistoricus in Dominion, Nova Scotia.
