العربية: لقد كان من أكبر التحديات التي سيطرت على فكر ونظرة دكتور محمد الحديدي خلال مسيرته الطبية هو انشاء وتأسيس مركز متكامل لخدمات زراعة وتجميل الأسنان في مصر، مركز يتم تأسيسه بشكل ينافس أكبر المراكز المصرية والعالمية فى الشرق الأوسط، واثقاً انه ليس من المستحيل إطلاقاً تقديم خدمات بنفس الجودة والكفائة وباستخدام نفس التقنيات التي تقدم فى الخارج والآن يسير على هذا النهج بشكل دقيق وواضح تحت اسم مراكز رايدنت لزراعة و طب الاسنان.

طب الأسنان من التخصصات المهمة جداً فى عموم الطب حيث يؤثر على جوانب حياة الإنسان اليومية والتعامل الشخصي مع الناس بشكل عام حيث قد يعوقه عن أداء روتين حياته اليومي إذا كان هناك مشكلة أو ألم باى سن كما نعلم جميعاً أن ألم الاسنان لا يحتمل ويعتبر من الطوارئ ولذلك فهي كلية منفصلة مستقلة بذاتها عن كلية الطب لكثرة وتوسع المعلومات بها.

لذلك عندما تخرج من كلية طب الاسنان وبدأ حياته العملية ركز فى الجانب الأساسي الذي يؤثر بشكل مباشر فى حياة الناس وتعاملاتهم فقرر دراسة تقويم الاسنان الذي يؤثر على الشكل العام والفائدة الوظيفية الكبيرة فى حياة الشخص الذي يتطلب له تقويم وخصوصاً فى مرحلة الشباب.

كما راي له بعدها أن يتطور أكثر إلى دراسة زراعة الاسنان لما لها من بالغ الأثر على حياة الناس أيضاً وقدرتهم على الأكل بشكل طبيعي وخاصة فى كبار السن والتي رأى لها مردود كبير فى حياة هؤلاء الأشخاص وهذا ما يسعده جداً كطبيب يعمل فى هذه المهنة من الناحية الإنسانية بخلاف الناحية العملية حين يرى سعادة المريض بعودته لحياته الطبيعية والكل بشكل طبيعي مرة ثانية.

ولذلك عمل على إنشاء أكبر صرح طبي فى المنطقة لخدمة هذه الشريحة من الناس بأحدث التقنيات العالمية والأطباء المتميزين فى هذا المجال ليعود النفع الكلي والأول على المريض بشكل مباشر وعلى مردود طب الاسنان فى مصر بصورة عامة.
English: One of the biggest challenges that dominated Dr. Mohamed El-Hadidy’s thought and outlook during his medical career was creating and establishing an integrated center for dental implant and cosmetic services in Egypt. This center will be based in a way that competes with the largest Egyptian and international centers in the Middle East, confident that it is not impossible to provide services with the same quality and efficiency using the same techniques provided abroad. This approach is followed precisely and clearly under Rident Centers for Implantology and Dentistry.

Dentistry is one of the very important specialties in all medicine, as it affects aspects of a person’s daily life and personal dealings with people in general, as it may hinder him from performing his daily routine if there is a problem or pain in any tooth, as we all know that toothache is unbearable and is considered an emergency, therefore. It is a separate college, independent of the College of Medicine, due to the abundance and expansion of information in it.

Therefore, when he graduated from the College of Dentistry and began his professional life, he focused on the basic aspect that directly affects people’s lives and their dealings. He decided to study orthodontics, which involves the general appearance and great functional benefit in the life of the person who requires braces, especially in the youth stage.

He also saw that he would then develop further into the study of dental implants because of their profound impact on people’s lives and their ability to eat normally, especially in the elderly. He saw dental implants as having a significant effect on these people's lives, and this is what makes him very happy as a doctor working in this profession from a humanitarian standpoint. Unlike the practical aspect, when he sees the patient’s happiness at returning to his everyday life, everything is normal again.

Therefore, he worked to establish the largest medical edifice in the region to serve this segment of people with the latest international technologies and distinguished doctors in this field so that the total and primary benefit would directly benefit the patient and the returns of dentistry in Egypt in general.
