Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Drumheller Channels butte and basin scablands are dramatic evidence of the catastrophic Missoula floods that swept over Eastern Washington between 12 and 15 thousand years ago. J Harlan Bretz was the geologic genius who figured all this out 95 years ago, and swam upstream for 50 years to convince his peers that this was definitely not another Grand Canyon.
