Description
Français : Diagramme de distribution des tRNAs de 121 eucaryotes. Sur un même diagramme sont représentés, la distribution des doublons des 42 champignons C42 et celle des 79 eucaryotes E79. Ici sont représentés l'ensemble des codons xyc/t, codons se terminant par c ou t. En bleu c'est le diagramme de d79 et en rouge celui de d42. D'après la base de données des gènes de tRNAs gtRNAdb [1]. Les courbes de tendance sont faites avec le tableur de LibreOffice calc. Ce sont des polynômes de degré 16 et le coefficient de détermination est R2. Article "Genèse et duplication des gènes des tRNAs" au chapitre Distribution des fréquences des champignons C42 et des 79 eucaryotes E79 qui contient le tableau des diagrammes.
