中文：维新叁年（1909年）越南（阮朝维新帝阮福晃）“圣旨”1件，事为“敕旨南定省务本县显门社韩村从前奉事，惠泽普沾、博利卓伟、翊保中兴、东海上等神，集福延禧、介祉纯正、翊保中兴、天官之神，节经颁给敕封准其奉事，维新元年晋光大礼，经颁宝诏覃恩礼隆登秩，特准依旧奉事，用誌国庆而申祀典，钦哉”，黄纸飞龙烫银，钤有“敕命之宝”；此圣旨乃维新帝登基庆典，特加封同一神社之两位地方神祗。
