Description
中文：维新五年（1911年）越南（阮朝维新帝阮福晃）“圣旨”1件，事为“敕河南省维先县白舍社白舍村奉事，陈朝兴道大王尊神，护国庇民稔著灵应，向来未蒙颁给敕文，肆今丕承耿命，缅念神庥，著封为至忠大义、丰勋伟烈、灏灵卓伟、翊保中兴上等神，特准依旧奉事，神其相佑，保我黎民，钦哉”，黄纸飞龙图，钤有“敕命之宝”；是项圣旨所敕封之“陈朝兴道大王”，即越南民族英雄陈国峻氏，曾于13世纪率领陈朝军队，成功击退蒙古军队两次入侵，其肖像曾印在越南纸币上。
