Description
English: Built in 1930, this Tudor Revival-style apartment building, known as the Dwyer Apartments, was designed by Henry Dysland. The building is clad in fieldstone on the first two floors with brick cladding and half-timbering above, nine-over-nine double-hung windows, a low-slope roof in the rear with a double gable roof int he front, a front entrance porch with an arched opening int he front, an arched front door, and an iron railing and porch on the roof, a third-floor balcony with decorative corbels above and an iron railing, brick cladding on the sides and rear, two three-story oriel windows on the rear facade, and garages in the basement. The building is a contributing structure in the Fourth Lake Ridge Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
