Description
English: Despite the launch of Line 4 of MCD (Moscow Central Diameters) on September 9, 2023, passenger traffic remains extremely busy, especially on sections from the Circle and Big Circle lines of the Moscow Metro to the terminal stations of the MCD. This clearly illustrates the phenomenon of pendulum migration between Moscow and the cities of the Moscow region. Additional difficulties are created by the fact of obsolescence of rolling stock, which is more suitable for relatively long trips, rather than intra-city transportation. The exits from ED4 series trains are located at the edges of the car, and they become almost totally blocked during rush hours. This makes it extremely difficult to exit the train, especially when exiting from the middle of the car.
Русский: Несмотря на запуск МЦД-4 9 сентября 2023 года, пассажиропоток остаётся чрезвычайно высоким, особенно на участках от Кольцевой и Большой кольцевой линий Московского метрополитена до конечных станций МЦД. Это наглядно иллюстрирует явление маятниковой миграции между Москвой и городами Московской области. Дополнительные трудности создаются фактом морального устаревания подвижного состава, приспособленного больше для сравнительно дальних поездок, а не внутригородских пассажироперевозок. Выходы из поездов серии ЭД4 расположены по краям вагона, и они оказываются практически заблокированными в часы пик. Это делает крайне затруднительным выход из поезда, особенно при выходе из середины вагона.
