SBB Service Building at Im Butzwil, Effretikon

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Service Building at Im Butzwil 1 in Effretikon was designed by Max Vogt. It consists of three connected cubical shapes that are placed adjacent to each other. From east to west, towards the railway line, the height of the building increases gradually. In the background, at the western end of the service building, run the tracks of the Zürich–Winterthur railway line. Across the street, there are a few residential houses in an otherwise industrial area.
