A large white star means unity - one whole of the Eurasian nation, once the winds mean open borders for new states ready to join the union, three small white stars symbolize the number members of the Eurasian Union (for a start, 3: Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan) or possibly 4 small stars if the union succeeds in including Ukraine or at least part of it, that is, southeastern Ukraine.In general, the number of stars can increase depending on the entry of new members into the union.
