Español: Edificio obra del arquitecto Mario Palanti (Rivadavia y Alberti).

Esta dotado con la característica "ventana termal" recurso arquitectónico que viene de la termas romanas, donde los arquitectos de la época impusieron el arco para soportar grandes pesos.

Proyectado y construído para Juan B. Uboldi entre 1919 y 1924.
