Description
Français : Située à 40 mètres au-dessus de la Loire, l'ancienne église Saint-Eusèbe domine la région de Saumur. A la base de son clocher reposent 17 Cadets du Cadre noir de Saumur. Les élèves de la célèbre école de cavalerie moururent entre le 17 et le 20 juin 1940, en défendant héroïquement le pont situé en contrebas face aux avant-garde allemandes.
