Summary[edit]

Description
Deutsch: Der 300 Zentner schwere Findling,wurde 1926 bei Ausschachtungen in der Nachbarschaft gefunden. Er wurde am 4. November als Denkmal für die Gefallenen des I. Weltkriegs errichtet. Der Findling war damals von acht Pylonen mit Flammenschalen umrahmt, von einer Vogelskulptur gekrönt und trug die Inschrift: »Den Kämpfern zur Ehre / Der Jugend zur Lehre«. Diese Inschrift wurde nach dem II. Weltkrieg entfernt, ende der 50er Jahre mit der neuen Inschrift versehen und mit den 2 neuen Steinquadern, neu in Betrieb genommen.
