Español: Este diagrama de Robert Fludd describe como funciona el cerebro según la filosofía rosacruz. Consta de tres cavidades internas, cada una constituida por dos facultades, cuyo traslape es la sede del alma. La primera cavidad, formada por las facultades “sensitiva” –informada del mundo sensible por los cinco sentidos- e “imaginativa”, nutrida por el mundo imaginario, que es la sombra del mundo sensible. Comunica con la segunda cavidad, constituida por la “cogitativa” y la “estimativa”, que tienen relación con la razón, el intelecto y la mente, a través de los cuales, el cerebro se comunica con Dios. La tercera cavidad está formada por la “memorativa”, donde reside la memoria y la “motiva”, la cual, a través de la médula espinal, ordena los movimientos del cuerpo. |
