Left to right: Dr. James Hart, Dr. Henry Talbot, Miss Alba Manstorgi, RN, and Dr. Stanley Osborn, Commissioner - all of Connecticut Health Dept.; Dr. Edgar B. Pront[?], State CD Medical Office; and Robert R Richmond, Exhibits Chief, FCDA. The 200-bed emergency hospital, designed by the Federal Civil Defense Administration, can be moved immediately in a single van to any disaster area. It is the first of at least 6000 scheduled to be stockpiled at strategic locations throughout the country.
