Español: Fig. 6. La reconstrucción 3D de la imagen de microscopía electrónica mostró etiquetas inmunoold de vGluT2 asociadas con vesículas de núcleo denso grandes en un neuroterminal de una rata tratada con VEH de mediana edad representativa.


(A) Se tomó una imagen de microscopía electrónica de menor aumento de la zona capilar portal de la eminencia media lateral.
Se separó un neuroterminal inmunomarcado con vGluT2 (Term, pseudocoloreado en naranja claro) del área del capilar portal (pseudocoloreado en rosa) mediante las patas terminales de tanicitos (Tan, pseudocoloreado en verde).
BL = lámina basal, Mit = mitocondrias, Tan = Tanicito, Term = Neuroterminal.

Barra de escala = 100 μm.
