中文:本幅原屬清宮南薰殿舊藏,畫上無款印,但畫中人物相貌傳神,絕非憑空想像之作,而且用筆精準、賦色細膩,具備第一流的水準,應出自當時名家之筆。 宋仁宗先後曾立兩位皇后,其一為郭皇后,另一為慈聖光獻曹皇后。由於郭后被廢,故此像應是畫曹后。畫像中,不僅皇后身著的褘衣和釵冠,描繪得華麗無比,連身側兩名侍女,同樣衣飾妍麗,滿頭簪花,與院藏僅繪皇后獨自端坐的圖像相比,顯得格外高貴而出眾,洵為宋代寫真藝術的卓越代表。
