中文：本幅原屬清宮南薰殿舊藏，畫上無款印，但畫中人物相貌傳神，絕非憑空想像之作，而且用筆精準、賦色細膩，具備第一流的水準，應出自當時名家之筆。
宋仁宗先後曾立兩位皇后，其一為郭皇后，另一為慈聖光獻曹皇后。由於郭后被廢，故此像應是畫曹后。畫像中，不僅皇后身著的褘衣和釵冠，描繪得華麗無比，連身側兩名侍女，同樣衣飾妍麗，滿頭簪花，與院藏僅繪皇后獨自端坐的圖像相比，顯得格外高貴而出眾，洵為宋代寫真藝術的卓越代表。 |
