Summary

[edit]
Description Approximately 3,000 people attended the Environmental Fair in Pocatello on April 16th, 2016. The stream simulation trailer was a big draw for children, and adults. Brad Higginson, Hydrologist on the Caribou-Targhee National Forest and Curlew National Grassland, explained and demonstrated how the Portneuf Valley’s watershed works. As kids listened, they were able to put their hands in the sand and water and manipulate stream flow. Caribou-Targhee National Forest. Credit: US Forest Service.
