Description
Español: "EPICA” Es una Eco-casa flotante , cuya construcción y materiales de construcción respetan los lineamientos de la Permacultura. Es una casa: Tecno-ecológica, Bio-Sustentable (Bioarquitectura), No-Contaminante, Trasladable, Trata sus Efluentes, Produce su propia agua de red clarificada, Paredes Higroscópicas (equilibra la humedad media, entre el 40% y 50%). “EPICA” es una Eco-casa flotante registrada a nivel mundial, cuyos derechos de la propiedad intelectual le pertenecen a Pablo Luis Rubio. Pablo Luis Rubio, Diseñador Autodidacta, ecologista e investigador. Es el Creador y desarrollador del sistema de flotación para viviendas flotantes de uso permanente FerroFlot. Vive en el Delta argentino y se dedica, en estos momentos, a dirigir la fabricación de casas flotantes “EPICA”.
