English: Frontispiece to Epicteto, y Phocilides en español con consonantes, by Don Francisco de Quevedo Villegas. Epictetus is depicted top middle. Four decorative medallions show: Zeno (top-left), Cleanthes (top-right), Seneca (bottom-left), Socrates (bottom right). The two supporting figures are Hercules (left) and Ulysses (right).
