Description
Español: Escalera doble helicoidal ubicada en el Centro de Visitantes del Parque Nacional Tortuguero, Limón, Costa Rica. Allí el eco-turista recibe información multimedia sobre los atractivos del Parque y la región, así como instrucciones de seguridad en su visita.

Las escaleras sirven para acceder a un mirador panorámico con vistas espectaculares de la zona y se han convertido en sí mismas en un motivo de visitación por singulares características formales, conceptuales, simbólicas y constructivas.

Las dos escaleras ocupan el mismo sitio a modo de espirales tienen columnas de soporte, fueron diseñadas con la técnica del Origami por lo que dan un efecto de levedad y fueron diseñadas por el escultor y arquitecto Ibo Bonilla, quien diseño toda la infraestructura del centro operativo, incluyendo la escultura Tortuguero Pura Vida que mide 12m de alto y está al lado de los muelles, de acuerdo a la información de una de las infografías del sitio.
