Description
Español: Estación Central de Buenos Aires. Era la terminal cabecera del Ferrocarril Buenos Aires al Puerto de la Ensenada (Buenos Aires & Ensenada Port Railway), ubicada en la Av. Paseo de Julio (hoy Av. Leandro N. Alem) y Bartolomé Mitre. Inaugurada en 1878, fue destruída por un incendio en febrero de 1897.
English: Buenos Aires Central Station. It was the terminal station of Ferrocarril Buenos Aires al Puerto de la Ensenada (Buenos Aires & Ensenada Port Railway). The station was placed on Av. Paseo de Julio (today Av. Leandro N. Alem) and Bartolomé Mitre. Opened in 1878, it was destroyed by fire on February, 1897.
