English: Complex water fountain that was design from a contest student in 1974 at the Simón Bolívar University.
It toke over 16 years to complete it, and officially inaugurated on July, 5 of 1991 by the conduction of PhD Professor Stefan Zarea. The fountain is now turned on in special events like graduations and the anniversary of the foundation of the university, and since 2008 is under restoration. This photo was taken while in motion on the night of the University's 30th anniversary. |
